Replacement Course Certificate

If you have previously completed a course with us and received an electronic copy of your certificate by completing an online assessment you can request a replacement certificate copy for the above fee.

Please note, it can take up to 7-10 working days for us to provide your replacement certificate. If you have not received the certificate after this time please get in touch by contacting us on support@vaccinationtraining.co.uk

Please provide the following information in the “additional information” section during check-out so that we can locate your certificate:

Course Name (e.g. “flu jab training face to face workshop”)

Course Date (e.g. Date:11/6/2020)

Course Location (e.g. Manchester)

Please note: the certificate will only be accessible if you completed and passed the online assessment for the course you purchased.
