If you have lost your certificate and you need a replacement certificate for either an online or face to face course, there is an administration charge that you will need to pay.

Please note, it can take up to 7-10 working days for us to provide your replacement certificate. If you have not received the certificate after this time please get in touch by contacting us on info@flujabtraining.co.uk

Course Name (e.g. “flu jab training face to face workshop”)
Course Date (e.g. Date:11/6/2020)
Course Location (e.g. Manchester)
